Jonathan’s focus is leading patent monetization programs and delivering revenue to patent owners and inventors. As a former engineer and current patent attorney, he understands the combination of technical and legal issues that patent licensing requires. Jonathan’s experience includes managing IP licensing campaigns, overseeing IP litigation strategy and implementation, negotiating all forms of IP transactions including licenses, sales and purchases, directing patent prosecution, managing IP investments, and managing corporate IP programs. Jonathan has negotiated over one hundred intellectual property agreements including license agreements and patent purchase agreements in a broad range of technologies. He has spearheaded countless projects that have generated millions of dollars in revenue for innovators.
